Return Policy

Returns: Since Pootharekulu is a perishable food item, we do not accept returns once the product is delivered.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders: If your package is damaged, tampered, or incorrect, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures, and we will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Refund Timeline: Approved refunds will be credited within 5–7 business days to your original payment method.

Cancellation Policy: Orders can be cancelled within 6 hours of placing them, provided they are not yet dispatched.
